Would you like to return goods?

The cancellation period in which you inform us about a return is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. Please simply send the goods that you do not want to keep back to:

Make sure that we can assign your return to you. You can, for example, enclose the original delivery note or a short note. After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund you the purchase price as quickly as possible using the payment method you used when purchasing. If you just want to exchange the item for a different color or size, it's best to let us know before you return it , for example by email .

Return slip?

Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that some particularly hasty online shoppers request a return label from us for a free return. This is always particularly annoying because it shows that our cancellation policy was accepted when the purchase was made, but probably not actually read. This states that the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Why don't we offer free returns?

We offer you free shipping to your home for orders over 30 EUR. However, our prices are NOT calculated on free return shipping. If that were the case, our items would be a few euros more expensive. However, we would prefer to keep the prices a little more “attractive”, which is certainly understandable.
