The print takes the familiar language of textile care symbols and dryly pushes it into another department: wash tub, temperature indication, crossed-out warning — only here, it's not about the washing machine, but a rather clear hint towards Electronic Body Music.

"Don't Wash at 242°C" works because the motif looks like a genuine care instruction while completely misbehaving at the same time. 242 degrees would hardly be a recommendation for cotton. For a tongue-in-cheek numerical code on a shirt, however, it's much more suitable.

Black keeps the look calm and supports the tonal print. This makes the motif appear almost like a secret textile marking for initiates: not flashy, not loud, more like a small engine room notice at chest height. Those who recognize it, recognize it. Everyone else, please wash normally anyway.
