The design plays with a well-known three-letter code from the Industrial/EBM scene and dryly turns it towards Melmac. FLA becomes ALF, and cool machine aesthetics become a club that probably doesn't need a guest list but most likely has a sampler in the basement.

The print works because it's not explained but recognized. Those who read the code are in. Those who don't still see a rough, typographical vintage design with enough signs of wear not to look like freshly polished fan merchandise. That's important. Nobody wants industrial music with a laminator.

Graphite Melange Gray suits the idea: not deep black, not smooth, but slightly broken, grainy, and worn. The melange effect, the slub structure, and the distressed print work together without shouting at each other. This makes the shirt look more like a basement club, record crate, and late walk home than a merchandise stand with neon lights.

The base is a lightly fitted women's vintage slub T-shirt made of 100% cotton with organic cotton quality, slub yarn, 130 g/m², and a double-layered rolled hem at the neckline, sleeves, and bottom. The garment-dyed color effect can vary slightly from piece to piece – which fits quite well here, as too much uniformity would be suspicious with this design anyway.

A women's shirt for people with a sense for EBM, logo jokes, and extraterrestrially dry club culture. Membership card not required. A slightly grim look is usually enough.
